The plan

Your subscription covers your website's design, hosting, SSL, security, and the monthly items listed on your plan (edits, articles, reports, photography where included). Billing is monthly through Stripe. There's no setup fee.

Cancelling

Starter and Growth cancel anytime from your billing portal — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. Pro has a three-month minimum because it includes custom tool development; after that, it cancels the same way.

What you own

Your domain, your content, and your photos are yours. If you leave, we hand you a working export of your site within 14 days.

Edits and response times

An edit is a bounded change (photos, hours, prices, copy). Starter includes 2 per month, Growth and Pro include 8. We respond within two business days — next business day on Pro — and same-day whenever your site is down.
